Our prices

We understand that customers want pricing to be as simple and as transparent as possible. We will always supply a detailed quote via email for you to review before you make any commitment.

Our pricing is based on genuine quality parts and the correct grades of oils and fluids, as recommended by manufacturers.   

Servicing and inspections are charged at an hourly rate of £60 up to 25 mile radius from our base in Cambridge. We will inform you of the expected job time prior to work commencing, giving you a clear indication of the cost.

We have a fixed charge for a diagnosis visit which is £60 up to 25 mile radius from our base in Cambridge.

There is an additional mileage charge one way for those further afield. If we can solve the problem there and then within an hour, we will do so at no extra charge. 

Should a return visit be necessary we will give you an estimate of costs before the job is booked in and carried out. If this estimate changes, for example because we have found something else wrong, we will discuss it with you in advance. You can decide if you want us to undertake the extra work, there is no obligation. 

We have a fixed charge for emergency call outs which is £125.

Payment is by cash or bank transfer on completion of the job before we leave the premises and you will receive a receipt.

For regular customers, invoicing can be set up with prior agreement.
